Websites for self-employed tradesmen and small businesses
I build websites that help you get found on Google and turn that into enquiries. I’m Liam Tapp, I do the work myself, and I look after the site once it’s live.
£249 to build £49.99 a month to host, maintain and update it
Counted in Google Search Console on 13 September 2026, across the established sites below — LCD Haulage launched this month and has not been counted yet. Every search here puts a client on page one of Google today. Not estimates, not the same page counted twice, and you can type any of them in yourself.
Customers looking for your trade in your area can actually find you, instead of scrolling past to someone else.
A phone number, a WhatsApp button and a form on every page, so finding you and contacting you are one step apart.
Pages written around the services you want more of, in the towns you are willing to travel to.
Nobody can promise a position on Google, and I won’t. What I can show you is where the sites I have built actually sit today, and you can search any of these yourself.
Who this is for
Most self-employed tradespeople don’t want to spend their evenings learning web design, hosting and SEO. You run the business. I handle the website.
Pages built around the services and the areas your customers actually search for, not a single page that says what you do.
A site that earns trust before anyone rings you. Most people check you online before they call, whoever recommended you.
Clear ways to get hold of you on every page, and a form that arrives in your inbox. Tested before launch, checked every month.
Changes, updates and fixes are part of the £49.99 a month. You message me with what you need and I do it.
12+ years self-employed.I’ve chased invoices, quoted jobs and had quiet months, so I know what a website has to earn before it’s worth paying for.
Proof
Twenty seconds of live client sites and the searches they turn up for. No mockups and no stock footage — every site in this is trading right now, and you can go and look at any of them.
Silent. Press play only if you want to.
Real client work
Real screenshots of real sites you can open and check for yourself. Nothing here is a mock-up.

Property maintenance
A property maintenance business in St Austell that needed customers across mid Cornwall to find it. The site is built around the services it wants more of and the towns it covers, which is why it now sits 2nd on page onefor “property maintenance st austell”.

Launch Care
Included with every site we build, for as long as the site is live. Billed at the end of each calendar month, for the month just gone, so nothing is paid up front.
Usually one to two weeks from the point your content is with us.
The actual goal
Being on page one is worth nothing on its own. What matters is whether the person who finds you picks up the phone. So every site I build is put together to make that the easiest thing on the page.
A huge thank you to Liam Tapp for all his hard-work, creativity and patience in bringing our website together. Liam took the time to understand our business and what we wanted from our website, and we're so happy with the finished result. It's professional, easy to use and really showcases the services we provide. We've really enjoyed working with Liam and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a new website or anyone in need of a website refresh.

Why Website Builds
What they said
Posted by the clients themselves, on their own Facebook pages, under their own names.
We now have an amazing new website and can accept Klarna payments. Liam Tapp has done an amazing job and we are very grateful. A very easy way to view all our wonderful kitchens, past and present.
I highly recommend using Liam Tapp for a website design.
If you need more
Service and location pages aimed at the searches that bring work, with the technical setup Google expects.
Quote tools, calculators, admin areas and booking forms where a business genuinely needs them.
Selling online where it fits the business. Recycled Kitchens takes card and Klarna payments through its site.
I am still here after launch. That is the whole point of the monthly care, and it is why the sites stay current.
Straight answers
By trade
Each of these has a page of its own, covering what that trade’s customers search for and what the website needs to do about it.
