Paying Website Builds.
Payments are authorised securely on GoCardless. Website Builds never receives or stores your online-banking credentials.
How payment works
- You pay Website Builds. Payments are authorised on GoCardless’s own hosted pages, which display the Direct Debit Guarantee and any required payer notices.
- Website Builds does not receive or store your online-banking credentials, and never asks for them by email, phone or through this website.
- The £249.99 build is paid once, after you have accepted your written scope. The monthly plan is a Direct Debit, first collected at the end of the first month the site is live.
- Website plans have no minimum term and run month to month. Third-party charges — paid apps, booking tools and message providers — are separate and paid directly by you.
- Google services cover the stated checks and submission work. Google controls crawling and indexing, so indexing and rankings cannot be guaranteed.
- Website Builds is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not currently added.

The build price and the monthly for a shop, a booking system or a customer area is confirmed in your written scope, and we raise a payment request that matches it rather than publishing a generic button. Custom software beyond a website is quoted and staged separately.

For sites launched before the plans above existed. It is billed at the end of each calendar month for the month just gone, so nothing is paid up front. A bank payment scheme has its own processing and notice periods, so the first collection is not instant — GoCardless confirms the dates when you set the plan up.

For a site built before the plans above existed. Content changes, software and security updates, uptime monitoring and a monthly summary. Billed at the end of each calendar month for the month just gone.

Notifications and automation
Start a workflow care plan
For a notification or automation workflow we have already built and configured. Message and provider charges — email, SMS and push providers — are billed by those providers and are separate from the plan. Delivery across email, SMS and other networks is never guaranteed.

Keeps a configured notification workflow healthy: monthly delivery-configuration and provider connection checks, one template wording change and up to 20 minutes of minor notification changes.

Everything in Notification Care, plus up to one hour of workflow or template changes, a monthly delivery review and one new simple trigger or template adjustment each quarter.

Fixed-scope services
Google visibility services
Each of these has a fixed scope and a fixed price. Payment covers the stated checks and submission work. Submission can be completed quickly once all access and information are supplied, but Google controls crawling and indexing — indexing and rankings cannot be guaranteed, and no restricted Google indexing API is used for ordinary business pages.
