Window and door repairs
MK Window and Door Repairs
A repair business positioned against replacement, with live Google reviews and an emergency route to the phone.

What they needed
Matt repairs windows and doors that other firms would tell you to replace. The whole proposition rests on that distinction, so the site had to make it in the first sentence and keep making it.
What we built
- A home page built around the argument for repairing rather than replacing, because that is the decision the customer is actually making.
- Service pages for misted glass, dropped doors, worn hinges and failed locks, each matching how people describe the fault themselves.
- Live Google reviews pulled straight from the business profile, so the rating on the site is the real current one.
- An emergency call-out route for lock-outs and smashed glass, with call, WhatsApp, text and email one tap away on a phone.
Reviews that cannot go stale
The star rating and review count come from Google itself on every visit. Nobody has to remember to update a number, and nobody can accuse the site of showing an old one.
A huge thank you to Liam Tapp for all his hard-work, creativity and patience in bringing our website together. Liam took the time to understand our business and what we wanted from our website, and we're so happy with the finished result. It's professional, easy to use and really showcases the services we provide. We've really enjoyed working with Liam and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a new website or anyone in need of a website refresh.

One message is enough to start. I’ll read it and reply myself, usually with a couple of questions and a clear price.
