Property maintenance
Coast & Quay Property Care
One site serving four different customers, each of whom needs to feel it was written for them.

What they needed
Coast & Quay look after Cornwall properties for holiday-let owners, landlords, homeowners and second-home owners. Those four groups want very different things, and a single generic maintenance page served none of them well.
What we built
- Distinct routes through the site for each type of owner, so a remote second-home owner and a holiday-let manager each land on what applies to them.
- Maintenance plans presented as an ongoing relationship rather than a price list, which is how the service actually works.
- Seasonal content that changes with the Cornish weather, because storm preparation sells in September and not in May.
- A photo-first enquiry route, since a picture of the problem gets a useful answer faster than a paragraph describing it.
Written for the remote owner
Someone who owns a cottage three hundred miles away has a different worry to someone living in it. The site speaks to that directly instead of averaging the two.

Tell me about your business.
One message is enough to start. I’ll read it and reply myself, usually with a couple of questions and a clear price.
