Websites for wellness coaches

An unregulated field full of vague promises. Specificity is your differentiator.

Coaching is not a regulated profession, anybody may use the title, and the market is crowded with practitioners making broadly similar claims in broadly similar language.

The way out is narrowness. A coach who says exactly who they work with, on what, for how long and at what price stands out immediately in a field where almost everybody is vague.

What your customers want answered

  1. Who exactly do you work with, and on what
  2. What does a programme involve and how long is it
  3. What does it cost
  4. What are your qualifications and experience
  5. What results should I realistically expect

Name the client you are forNot everybody, but a specific person in a specific situation. Narrowing the audience feels like losing business and does the opposite: the reader who recognises themselves converts at a far higher rate than a general audience that recognises nothing.

Borrowing clinical language

Coaching is not therapy and not healthcare, and using language that implies otherwise is both a compliance risk and a disservice to clients who need clinical help. Being clear about the boundary is a mark of a serious practitioner.

Tell me about your business.

One message is enough to start. I’ll read it and reply myself, usually with a couple of questions and a clear price.
