Websites for carpet cleaning companies

Drying time and whether stains will actually go. Answer both or lose the booking.

Customers booking carpet cleaning have two anxieties, and neither is price. They want to know whether the stain that has bothered them for a year will actually come out, and how long the room will be unusable afterwards.

There is also a large end-of-tenancy market with a different driver entirely: a tenant trying to get a deposit back, or a landlord turning a property around between lets, both working to a deadline.

What your customers want answered

  1. Will this stain actually come out
  2. How long will the carpet take to dry
  3. What does it cost per room, and is there a minimum
  4. Do I need to move the furniture
  5. Do you do end-of-tenancy cleans with a receipt for the agent

Be honest about what will not shiftBleach marks, dye transfer and some pet damage are permanent, and saying so plainly is more convincing than promising miracles. Customers who have been let down by an over-promising cleaner recognise realistic language immediately, and it prevents the disputes that produce bad reviews.

Not naming the method

Hot water extraction and low-moisture systems dry at very different rates and suit different situations. Explaining which you use, and why, answers the drying question that decides most bookings.

Tell me about your business.

One message is enough to start. I’ll read it and reply myself, usually with a couple of questions and a clear price.
