Websites for home care providers
Families fear a different carer every day. Continuity is the thing to promise.
The complaint that dominates home care is not competence but continuity: a different person each visit, arriving at unpredictable times, who does not know the routine or the person.
Any provider who can genuinely promise a small consistent team, and explain how the rota achieves it, is answering the concern that actually decides where a family places its trust.
What your customers want answered
- Will it be the same carers each time
- What does it cost an hour, and is there a minimum visit
- What can carers actually do — personal care, medication, cooking
- How quickly can you start
- How are your carers trained and checked
Explain how continuity is achievedThe size of the team around each client, how the rota is built, what happens when somebody is ill, and how a new carer is introduced. Saying you value continuity is meaningless; explaining the mechanism that delivers it is what families are looking for.
No hourly rate
Families are trying to work out whether care is affordable at all, frequently alongside a benefits or funding calculation. A provider who will not indicate a rate is excluded from that arithmetic entirely.
