Hampers and platters are the orders worth having. Make them easy to buy.
A deli's daily trade is small baskets of high-margin goods bought by people passing. The orders worth building a website around are larger and planned: hampers, grazing platters, office catering and Christmas.
These are searched for specifically, bought weeks ahead, and frequently ordered by somebody who has never been in the shop.

Photograph the platters at realistic sizesCustomers ordering for a gathering are trying to work out whether it will feed twelve people. Showing each size with the number it serves, and a price, is the information that turns a browse into an order.
Selling on atmosphere alone
Descriptions of the shop's character do not help somebody trying to order a platter for Friday. The bookable products need their own clear pages with prices and lead times.
