Loft conversions and timber framing
MSB Carpentry & Construction
A 30-page site for a St Columb carpentry firm that wanted bigger jobs: loft conversions, timber framing and full renovations.

What they needed
MSB builds loft conversions, timber frames and whole renovations, and was not interested in small jobs. The website needed to bring in the right enquiries and explain the work properly, not just list services.
What we built
- Five service pages led by loft conversions, with a stage-by-stage loft section using photos from his own jobs.
- Five plain-English guides on loft conversions, planning permission, trussed roofs and timber frame, written to answer the searches people make before they call.
- Ten town pages, an About page, a full FAQ and a Leave us a review page tied to his Google Business Profile.
- His own logo laid out for a dark header, and a quote form that sends straight to his inbox.
Built to filter out small jobs
The copy, the guides and the FAQ all point at loft conversions and structural work, and say plainly that small repairs are not what the firm takes on.
More live work
Each of these is a working business site, not a mock-up.

Tell me about your business.
One message is enough to start. I’ll read it and reply myself, usually with a couple of questions and a clear price.
